PROCUREMENT & LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE

Rockers Global Exports is a leading international automotive export company specializing in sourcing, purchasing, and exporting vehicles to markets worldwide. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Executive to manage vehicle procurement activities, coordinate international shipments, and ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: * Source and procure vehicles, automotive products, and related services from local and international suppliers. * Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency. * Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, auctions, suppliers, and business partners. * Monitor market trends, vehicle availability, and pricing movements. * Coordinate vehicle inspections and procurement documentation. * Coordinate domestic and international vehicle shipments. * Manage export documentation and shipping schedules. * Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics providers. * Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers. * Resolve logistics issues and minimize operational delays. * Maintain accurate procurement and shipment records. * Monitor inventory levels and vehicle movement. * Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company procedures. * Assist in preparing reports related to procurement costs, logistics performance, and supplier evaluations. * Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Educational Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in: Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration International Trade Operations Management Related fields Experience : * Minimum 2–5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or import/export operations. * Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred. * Knowledge of international shipping procedures and export documentation. * Experience working with freight forwarders and customs clearance processes is an advantage. Skills & Competencies : * Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications : * Experience in vehicle procurement, automotive trading, or export operations. * Knowledge of international trade regulations and Incoterms. * Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software. * Ability to communicate effectively in English. * Experience working with overseas suppliers and customers.
