Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Rockers Global Exports website (the "Site") or engaging our vehicle export services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms are between you and Rockers Thailand Co., Ltd. (registered in Thailand), operating as Rockers Global Exports, with additional operations through Rockers Autohaus (Dubai, UAE).

Rockers Global Exports provides:

• Vehicle export services from Thailand, Japan, India, and UAE to destinations worldwide
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) quotation tools and services
• Logistics coordination, documentation, and shipping arrangement
• Vehicle sourcing and procurement assistance

All CIF quotes provided through our calculator are estimates based on standard rates at the time of calculation. Final confirmed pricing will be provided in a written proforma invoice. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

We strive to ensure that vehicle listings on our Site are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all listed vehicles remain available at the time of your enquiry. Vehicle specifications, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Images are representative and may not reflect the exact condition of the specific unit. A pre-export inspection report and photographs will be provided for each vehicle prior to purchase confirmation.

• Our preferred payment method is a Letter of Credit (LC) issued by the buyer's bank against the Proforma Invoice we provide. All original shipping documents are presented and released through the banking channel under LC terms. Other internationally recognised payment methods, including Telegraphic Transfer (TT/bank wire), may be accepted where mutually agreed in writing.
• A vehicle is reserved upon issuance of the Proforma Invoice and confirmation of the buyer's LC application. Where alternative payment arrangements are agreed in writing, those terms apply instead.
• Shipping documents (Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, insurance certificate, packing list) are presented to our bank and released to the buyer's bank only upon LC settlement. Title to the vehicle passes to the buyer upon document release.
• All LC bank charges, including opening fees and confirmation charges, are the responsibility of the respective parties per standard international LC practice. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Vessel booking proceeds once LC confirmation is received. Vessels will not be booked on the basis of verbal commitments alone.

• CIF pricing includes sea freight to the named destination port. Port dues, import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees at the destination are the buyer's responsibility unless explicitly included in writing.
• Transit times are estimates only and are subject to vessel schedules, port congestion, and force majeure events.
• Title to the vehicle passes to the buyer upon full payment. Risk of loss during shipping is covered by marine insurance included in the CIF price.
• We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, port authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Rockers Global Exports or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rockers Global Exports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific vehicle or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site or services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
