Every pre-owned vehicle that enters our yard undergoes a rigorous 150-point inspection conducted by our trained technicians. This covers full OBD-II computer diagnostics, engine and transmission deep-checks, undercarriage and suspension assessment, digital paint thickness measurement to detect hidden accident history, and a 10km real-world road test.

We regularly source and install genuine Hamer 4x4 accessories at our garage before containerisation. You receive a fully built vehicle - not a bare unit you need to modify after arrival. We also handle interior upgrades, infotainment systems, window tinting, ceramic coating, and suspension lifts. Everything is fitted, tested, and photographed before the vehicle is loaded.

We prepare and arrange all export documentation in-house. This includes the original vehicle title (deregistered for export), the commercial invoice and proforma, Bill of Lading, marine insurance certificate, packing list, and any destination-specific customs certificates your country requires. Where payment is by Letter of Credit, the full document set is assembled to be LC-compliant and presented to our bank for negotiation - ensuring every document matches the LC terms exactly so there are no discrepancies. Our team has processed documents for Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and all major destination markets.

We issue a Proforma Invoice within 4 hours of vehicle confirmation, showing a complete itemised CIF breakdown - vehicle price, ocean freight, marine insurance, port handling, and documentation fees. Our preferred payment method is a Letter of Credit (LC) - the internationally recognised trade finance instrument that runs entirely through the banking system. You present the Proforma Invoice to your bank, which opens an LC in our favour. We can only draw against the LC once we present the compliant shipping documents (Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, insurance certificate, packing list) to our bank. This means you are guaranteed to receive every document before we receive payment - and we are guaranteed payment once documents are in order. The entire deal is handled bank-to-bank. We also accept other internationally recognised payment methods such as Telegraphic Transfer (TT/wire) where agreed, though LC remains our recommended route for maximum security on both sides. No middlemen, no margin stacking.

Your vehicle. Containerised and tracked.
We book your vehicle on the next available vessel to your destination port. Vehicles are professionally loaded into 20ft or 40ft containers, secured with approved strapping, and export-wrapped. Before the vessel departs, we send you pre-loading confirmation photos of your vehicle inside the container. You'll have the vessel name, voyage number, and expected arrival date.

Transit: 14-18 days to East Africa, 18-25 days to South Asia, 25-35 days to West Africa
We stay with you through clearance.
We work with established customs clearing agents at all major destination ports. Once the vessel arrives, we notify you immediately and provide all original documents needed for clearance. Our destination agents guide you or your clearing agent through the port process. After clearance, the vehicle is yours - fully inspected, fully documented, and exactly as described.
