SENIOR OPERATIONS & MARKETING MANAGER

Rockers Global Exports is seeking an experienced Senior Operations & Marketing Manager to lead sales, marketing, and operational activities within our automotive export business. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, managing vehicle procurement and inventory operations, and building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive sales, marketing, operations, or business development, along with strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities. Key Responsibilities: * Lead sales, marketing, and operational activities. * Drive revenue growth and market expansion. * Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans. * Manage vehicle procurement, pricing, and inventory operations. * Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and business partners. * Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends. * Coordinate with international suppliers and logistics partners. * Lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve business targets. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, International Business, or a related field. * MBA or Master's Degree preferred. * Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales, marketing, operations, or business development. * Experience in vehicle import/export, dealership operations, or automotive trading is mandatory. * Strong B2B and B2C relationship management skills. * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. * Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. * International exposure and experience working with overseas suppliers is an advantage. * Valid driving license and willingness to travel. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience managing international business operations. * Strong understanding of automotive import/export regulations and logistics. * Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing strategic partnerships. Compensation: * Salary: LKR 300,000+ per month * Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
